A lot of people think that they cannot get in shape without the gym. This is completely wrong! There are many ways to stay in shape without even stepping foot into a gym.
Run!- You can run anywhere. Go outside, to a trail or you can even jog to the store! Running is one of the best things you can do for yourself.
Squat- You can squat in all different ways with no equipment at all! Work your legs and booty by doing some sets of squats before getting in the shower.
