Do these excersises at home….no gym necessary!

Squats 5 reps of 10

Lunges 3 reps of 10

Squat jumps 5 reps of 10

Calf raises 5 reps of 10 

Run outside for 10 minutes 

If you want to add some weight to these, you can use daily household items! Try waterbottles and milk jugs to really get your legs burning!
