Taking meat out of my diet was soooo hard. A lot of people are telling me that it is stupid and I don’t know what I am doing but I really think this is a good decision for me. I am already seeing changes in my body and I FEEL healthier and thats all that matters!

I wanted to share with you guys some of the things I’m eating instead of meat to keep me going throughout the day!

  1. Protein bars- watch the sugar! some protein bars are loaded
  2. Protein shakes- I am currently drinking a half a scoop with 10 ounces of almond milk after each workout.
  3. Fresh fruits and vegetables
  4. Smoothies- Add anything you want! I’m adding orange juice, frozen spinach and mixed fruit! You can also add yogurt!
