Fighting urges to eat an entire pizza or carton of ice cream are so hard….especially when you are in college. What makes it even harder is if your friends aren’t doing the same things that you are. Having to sit in a room smelling junk food that your friends are eating and knowing you could have some is the worst! Here are some tips to help you fight urges.

  1. Always carry a bottle of water with you
  2. You can get a salad or something healthy at almost any fast food restaurant
  3. Keep your fridge, freezer, and cupboards stocked with healthy snacks
  4. Go to the gym if your friends want to go out and get bad food
  5. Just say no!!!
