Friday’s are my favorite day of the week! I get to go home for the weekend and have some time to relax away from school! One of the hardest things at home is keeping with my healthy eating and working out. There is a gym at school so it is so easy to just go there and get my workouts in! At home I also have a job so I am constantly on the go for that and do not always have time to eat something healthy. 

Make sure you stay tuned for more workouts that you can do with no equipment and snacks that you can make beforehand that you can take on the go with you!
