Small dorm rooms and apartments are not the ideal place to get good workouts in. Gym memberships can be expensive and sometimes you may not have time to leave the house and go to a gym. There are a lot of workouts that you can do in small spaces in a small period of time. Try doing this ab workout every day before you get in the shower!

plank- 1 minute

crunches- 10 regular, 10 legs bent in the air, 10 legs up, 10 legs to right, 10 legs to left

Russian twists- 10-15

legs in the air, bring your arms to your toes- 10

bicycle crunches- 10-15

Do 3 or 4 reps and you’ll leave the house feeling good!
